IAOP-TP Test Overview
Using advanced methodologies from the outsourcing industry and research from leading universities
IAOP-TP is a standardized, web-based data entry and data processing aptitude test that evaluates operator productivity and output quality for data entry oriented tasks.
  • It applies to common transactional business processes such as claims data entry, claims adjudication, invoice processing, HR records entry, etc.
  • The test is based on advanced methodologies from the outsourcing industry and student research from the Harvard Business School, Stanford University and the National University of Singapore.
    • Test Score Indicators
    IAOP-TP provides a comprehensive analysis of user's results and performance
    The IAOP-TP test reports each user's performance including the following indicators.
  • Field-level Error Rate: the percentage of fields that contain errors
  • Document-level Error Rate: the percentage of documents that contain errors
  • Data-Entry Speed: the average amount of time taken to process each document
  • Gold/Silver/Bronze ranking: indication of how the tested operator compares to other operators who took a similar test

    IAOP-TP allows users to fully take control of their results and improve their skills
    Besides the above indicators, IAOP-TP also allows user to obtain detailed reports on the precise errors made by them.
  • Error Patterns: distribution of errors across different types of fields
  • Error details: list of specific errors made by the operator during the test
  • Statistical estimate of long-term accuracy and productivity: based on statistical methods, IAOP-TP specifies a range of accuracy and productivity rates such that it can be 95 percent sure that the operator's long-term average accuracy and productivity would lie within the specified range
  • Test history: an overview of an user's performance across all the tests taken by him/her
