Hiring companies can use COS tests to evaluate potential candidates during the recruitment process or ask the candidate to provide their COS test scores if the candidate is already certified. To administer these certifications, the hiring company needs to follow the steps below:

• Create a Company Account
  If you have an account then Login else Register to create a new account:
  • Click on 'Create new account' on the Login page.
  • Enter a username and your email address.
  • An automated email will be sent to your email address. This email will contain a temporary password and a link that will take you directly back to the login page.
  • You will be given a choice to either create a company account or a candidate account. Select company account.
  • Enter your details for completing the registration process.
  • You can now change your password.
• Purchase Test Quota:
  Hiring Companies need to purchase test quota to be able to administer the tests to employees/potential employees. Hiring Companies can purchase test quota from BeyondCore directly. Please follow these steps to make a purchase:
  • The company needs to send an email to cos@beyondcore.com with the number of tests they would like to purchase.
  • Depending on the price agreements between the Company and BeyondCore, BeyondCore will generate an invoice for the Company.
  • Once the invoice has been paid, BeyondCore will assign the purchased test quota to the Company Account.
• Administer the COS Tests to potential candidates:
  • Ask the candidate to Login if he/she already has an account or Register to create a new account and upload a photo (See the Candidates Process section on www.iaop-cos.com for details).
  • Company Facilitator (The person within the Hiring Company who is the admin for the COS Company Account on www.iaop-cos.com ) has to assign test quota to the candidate's user account from the company account just before the candidate takes the test using the following steps:
    • Login using your company account credentials.
    • Click on Assign Quota available in the left column.
    • Enter the candidate's username and number of tests you wish to assign.
    • Click on Add. The next test taken by the candidate will be certified.
  • Supervise the candidate during the test.

Hiring companies can search for certified candidates in the BeyondCore database using advanced search criteria like location or rank. Please follow the steps below to perform a search:

• Go to: www.iaop-cos.com
• Under the tab "Hiring Companies" click on "Candidate Search"
• Using the feature 'Advanced Search', a company can either search for candidates, location wise or ranking wise.
• If a certified candidate approaches the company, the candidate's score can also be verified in the database using his/her username.

The COS Family of certifications provides a standard methodology for evaluating current workforce. The employees of the company can take the COS test (See Candidate Process page, Corporate section for details) to get certified. Not only will this help the company with employee evaluations, it will also provide the company with an objective standard to use for promoting their talented and skilled workforce to clients.
