Our Test
OperatorEvaluator is a standardized, web-based data entry and data processing aptitude test that evaluates operator productivity and output quality for data entry oriented tasks. It applies to common business processing transactions such as claims data entry, claims adjudication, invoice processing, HR records entry, etc. The test will soon be expanded to cover the needs of Call Center providers. The test is based on advanced methodologies from the outsourcing industry and student research from the Harvard Business School, Stanford University and the National University of Singapore.
