The IAOP®'s Certified Outsourcing Specialis™ (COS) family of certifications have been developed collaboratively by IAOP®, BeyondCore and GTT with the goal to create a standardized candidate evaluation procedure for the outsourcing industry. The COS family of certifications are the standard certifications in the outsourcing ecosystem for specialists who are involved in the delivery of outsourcing services, are looking to gain credentials in their domain areas and want to increase their demand in the outsourcing industry. These certifications are quickly becoming the de facto requirement by hiring companies in the outsourcing ecosystem for recruitment.

The COS certification tests are based on advanced methodologies from the outsourcing industry and Fortune 500 companies along with student research from the Harvard Business School, Stanford University and the National University of Singapore. Under the BeyondCore powered COS platform, a suite of certifications namely COS-TP (Transaction Processing), COS-HR (Human Resources) and COS-F&A (Finance & Accounting) are currently available.
